The experience begins at 4:30 PM with a cocktail hour where you can enjoy a selection of artisan bread boards and chef's choice delicacies. As the evening unfolds, Host and Farmer Spencer will lead you on a 45-minute tour of our regenerative farm, offering insights into the sustainable practices that are at the core of our ethos.
Following the tour, settle in for a culinary adventure under the stars with the ambiance of live music. Our 5-course dinner prepared by renown chefs, featuring the freshest ingredients from our farm, will tantalize your taste buds and conclude with a sumptuous dessert, wrapping up the experience around 9 PM.
Set in our all-outdoor venue, we encourage guests to dress for comfort and wear suitable footwear for a walk through natural surroundings.
Chef: Andrew Bachelier
Chef Andrew Bachelier is the chef and owner of Atelier Manna in Leucadia, a unique culinary workshop where creativity, community, and nourishing food come together. With more than two decades in some of Southern California’s most respected kitchens, including Addison, Campfire, and the early days of Jeune et Jolie, Chef Bachelier has built a reputation for thoughtful cooking that highlights the beauty of seasonal ingredients.
At Atelier Manna, he and his wife Larah have created an intimate space that blurs the line between kitchen, studio, and gathering place, an environment where food, art, and community intersect. Chef Bachelier’s cooking draws inspiration from global flavors and the philosophy of “food as medicine,” focusing on vibrant produce, thoughtful technique, and ingredients sourced as locally as possible.
We’re excited to welcome Chef Bachelier to Sage Hill Ranch Gardens for a special evening celebrating the connection between farm and kitchen. With the harvest from our fields as his canvas, guests can expect a thoughtful and inspired menu that reflects the spirit of the season and the beauty of cooking close to the land.
