Experience:

The experience begins at 4:30 PM with a cocktail hour where you can enjoy a selection of artisan bread boards and chef's choice delicacies. As the evening unfolds, Host and Farmer Spencer will lead you on a 45-minute tour of our regenerative farm, offering insights into the sustainable practices that are at the core of our ethos.

Following the tour, settle in for a culinary adventure under the stars with the ambiance of live music. Our 5-course dinner prepared by renown chefs, featuring the freshest ingredients from our farm, will tantalize your taste buds and conclude with a sumptuous dessert, wrapping up the experience around 9 PM.

Set in our all-outdoor venue, we encourage guests to dress for comfort and wear suitable footwear for a walk through natural surroundings.


Chef: Doug and Abby Settle

Chef Doug and Abby Settle are the team behind Hearth and Harvest, a San Diego-based culinary duo known for their warm, ingredient-driven cooking and beautifully curated farm dinners. Their approach centers on honest food, thoughtful sourcing, and a deep respect for the farmers who grow the ingredients that inspire their menus.

With a style that blends rustic technique with refined presentation, Doug and Abby create meals that feel both elevated and deeply comforting. Their menus highlight seasonal vegetables, responsibly sourced proteins, and vibrant flavors that celebrate the rhythm of the harvest.

Longtime friends of the farm, Doug and Abby have shared many memorable evenings with us at Sage Hill Ranch Gardens. We’re honored to welcome them back once again for a special night under the open sky, where their thoughtful cooking will transform the harvest from the fields into an unforgettable meal shared around the table.

4:30 PM: Cocktail hour begins with artisan bread boards and chef's choice appetizers.
5:15 PM: 45-minute guided farm tour led by Host and Farmer Spencer.
