Experience:

The experience begins at 4:30 PM with a cocktail hour where you can enjoy a selection of artisan bread boards and chef's choice delicacies. As the evening unfolds, Host and Farmer Spencer will lead you on a 45-minute tour of our regenerative farm, offering insights into the sustainable practices that are at the core of our ethos.

Following the tour, settle in for a culinary adventure under the stars with the ambiance of live music. Our 5-course dinner prepared by renown chefs, featuring the freshest ingredients from our farm, will tantalize your taste buds and conclude with a sumptuous dessert, wrapping up the experience around 9 PM.

Set in our all-outdoor venue, we encourage guests to dress for comfort and wear suitable footwear for a walk through natural surroundings.


Chef: Eric Bost

Chef Eric Bost is the chef and owner behind the Michelin-starred Jeune et Jolie and the intimate tasting-menu restaurant Lilo in Carlsbad. Classically trained in some of the world’s most celebrated kitchens, including Alain Ducasse au Plaza Athénée and Restaurant Guy Savoy, Chef Bost brings a deep respect for technique while letting the ingredients lead the way.

At the heart of his cooking is a commitment to seasonality and a close connection to the farmers, fishermen, and artisans of Southern California. Through thoughtful, precise dishes that highlight the beauty of peak ingredients, Chef Bost has helped shape one of the most exciting dining scenes in the region.

We’re honored to welcome Chef Bost to Sage Hill Ranch Gardens for an evening that celebrates the collaboration between farm and kitchen, where the harvest from the fields will be transformed into an unforgettable meal.
