Rooted in a property first purchased in 1999, Carrot Pie grows from nearly two decades of gardens cultivated, meals shared, and farm animals tended—years of gathering, hospitality, and hands-on stewardship that shaped how the land was understood and cared for. In 2017, that lived experience evolved into the dedicated vision of founder Spencer Rudolph, whose commitment to regenerative farming and community support brought Sage Hill Gardens to life.
