Nestled in the heart of Escondido, Sage Hill Ranch Gardens invites you to join a select gathering of 80 guests for this exclusive event.
This special Valentine’s Dinner is an intimate departure from our regular farm-to-table series crafted for lovers of authentic flavors and shared experiences. The evening begins at 4:00 PM with a happy hour and guided farm tour, giving you a behind-the-scenes look at our regenerative practices and a chance to enjoy a seasonal cocktail while exploring the fields. At dinner, Chef Doug and Abby will present a thoughtfully curated multi-course meal that reflects the season’s best, prepared over live fire and served in the warm ambiance of Sage Hill Ranch Gardens.
Hearth & Harvest has built a reputation for regenerative dining experiences rooted in sustainability, hyper-local sourcing, and live-fire cooking traditions that highlight the flavors of the region’s farmers, ranchers, and seasonal bounty. Their ingredient-driven cuisine combines culinary craft and nutritional insight, weaving stories of place and community into every dish.
Tickets are $185 per seat and include the full experience, arrival reception, tour, and dinner. Whether you’re celebrating love, friendship, or community, this evening promises an extraordinary culinary journey in the heart of the farm.

Chef Doug Settle and Abby Settle, the dynamic duo behind Hearth & Harvest, bring a unique blend of culinary expertise and nutritional knowledge to their dining experiences. Hearth & Harvest is known for its focus on regenerative dining, emphasizing sustainability and hyper-local sourcing. Their live fire cooking techniques, inspired by Italian, Spanish, and indigenous traditions, highlight the region's farmers, fishermen, and ranchers. Together, they create dishes that reconnect people with food, nature, and their bodies, offering not just meals, but storytelling through their ingredient-driven cuisine”
Agenda:
4:00 PM: Cocktail hour begins with artisan bread boards and chef's choice appetizers.
5:15 PM: 45-minute guided farm tour led by our host and farmer Spencer.
6:00 PM: Seating for a 5-course gourmet dinner, including a delightful dessert.
9:00 PM: Event concludes.

Menu Finalized Week Of – Plates can be made vegetarian upon request, but no substitutions for proteins or other components.

All ticket sales for Sage Hill Ranch Gardens events are final. We are a small farm with limited seating, and each dinner is carefully planned around a set guest count. For this reason, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or transfers to future events, regardless of circumstances.
Our events are held rain or shine, and we do not offer refunds due to weather. In the event of unexpected weather, we will do our best to make necessary accommodations to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.
If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to gift or sell your ticket(s) to someone else. We kindly ask that you email us with the name(s) of the new guest(s) so we can update our list accordingly.
